How to Programmatically Create Charts since Chart Macro is Deprecated

Confluence is deprecating the creation of charts macros:

How can we achieve the same outcome programmatically without requiring the users to use the UI to generate the charts off of the data table?

I used to publish data tables and their associated charts automatically to Confluence using the APIs. I can't find any documentation explaining how to achieve the same once the charts macros will be gone?
