Hello everyone,
I’m working with a large Confluence wiki space and I’d like to export the entire page tree into an Excel file.
Specifically, I’m looking to include the following metadata for each page:
The space is quite large, so I’m hoping to find a tool, plugin, or API-based solution that can handle this efficiently.
Has anyone done something similar or can recommend a reliable method or add-on?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi @FATHI TKITEK and welcome to the Community
Since you do not specify whether you're on Confluence Cloud or Data Center.... I'm going with Cloud.
You can create a Confluence Database and configure it to start with a page linke and page details in other columns.
You can then export the database as a CSV and import it to Excel.
I wrote an article almost 2 years ago about how to get all pages from a space into the database but not sure if this still works.
I tested a couple of 'space / page managers' but I'm not sure which one, if any, has an export option.
I'd look into the marketplace looking for page/space managers and see if they support that.
