The main thing that you should do is to organize your catalogue in such a way to help your customers find a service they want. You can follow an ITIL service catalogue template (there are a bunch over the internet) to help you organize your catalogue, and you can adjust them to your liking and to a way that will help your customers. At least that's I would do.
