How many user can add in "Visible only to groups/users" and "Editable only by group" in confiforms

Hi

How many user can add in "Visible only to groups/users" and "Editable only by group" in confiforms.

Curretly we have addedd 4 users to "Editable only by group/users" Parameter for 'approve' button.

but one of the user unable to view & edit the approve button.

Please let  me know what could be the reason?

There is a limitation on the macro parameter length in Confluence, but that is way more than 4 usernames 

Make sure you understand the permissions model in ConfiForms - https://wiki.vertuna.com/spaces/CONFIFORMS/pages/2359438/Confluence+page+permissions+and+ConfiForms

A user must have edit permissions and with the parameter you have mentioned you can just restrict it further, but not give anyone a permission to edit

I believe @Alex Medved _ConfiForms_ might be able to assist you here, but I would also like to point out that you can reach out to vendors directly.
There's usually support tab on each Marketplace listing where you can find contact information (usually incl. service desk link) to reach out to the vendor's support team directly.
