I read the documentation states that 7 days is how long the oauth token will set to expire. But I've been experiencing a much shorter time of 15-30mins.

Has the documentation become out of date?

Hi @Will Shen

I would assume it's a bug.

If you can reproduce it, record how often it's prematurely expiring and create a support ticket.

Hi Shawn, thanks for the response.

As per screenshot below. The expiry time for the Oauth access token is actually one hour (creation time - expiry time).

I've seen this consistently for the past week, and it is not just me as well (also my collegaue).

It's not a blocker for us, as we refresh the token automatically upon expiration. Just curious.
