How is pricing measured in Confluence when connect to a Jira instance?

I have 50 users in a JIRA Cloud instance. I want to create and connect Confluence but I only want to invite 10 users. Do I have to pay for 10 users or 50? Thanks!

You only need to pay for 10. Only users who needs to log into Confluence needs a Confluence license.
