I came across the Roadmap Planner macro recently, and noticed that you can mouse over each Bar & Lane to get a tooltip with links, more info, etc.
I've previously tried to use this W3Schools demo to create tooltips on my space, with mixed results. It works if I dump all the HTML & CSS into an HTML macro on an individual page, but does not work when I add it to the space stylesheet.
Does anyone know how the Roadmap Planner creates tooltips? I've tried inspecting the macro's storage format and the stylesheet with Chrome's Inspector, but it's buried so deep in Confluence proprietary markup that I can't make sense of it.
