1) I have a list of requirements in confluence and have JIRA links in the header. How do I create a report showing what requirement in the table have a JIRA ticket associated?

2) How do I expand the JIRA link in the header to be expanded permanently so it is view able .

Hello Larry and welcome to the Community,

Your two part question is a great question together. The simple solution to display data on the linked requirements and the primary linked issues in the header can be addressed with the Jira Issues Macro within Confluence.

The Jira Issues Macro will allow you to display a single issue or multiple issues depending on what your requirements are. Since you are wanting to always keep the linked issue expanded you can use the Jira Issues Macro to expand just that issue on the page. From there you can link each requirement within the macro to display status on that linked issue.

For more information how all of the available functions of the macro, please see the documentation that covers the Jira Issue Macro.

Along with this, the Jira Issues Macro also allows you to use JQL for advance issue searches. You can find the documentation on JQL here at Search JIRA like a boss with JQL and Advanced Searching.

If you need help with a JQL statement, please let us know and we will do our best to get you what you need.
