We are using Confluence 3.5.13 and decided to add the local documentation to our site. How do we ensure that we capture any changes to the 3.5 documentation going forward?
Hallo Christi
There should be very few changes to the Confluence 3.5 documentation, since we are now focusing on the latest version (Confluence 4.1). Did you get the XML file that was uploaded on the 1st of December? http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/ALLDOC/Confluence+Documentation+Directory
To get any updates from that point onwards, the best plan is to add an RSS feed for the CONF35 space, or watch the space:
http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF35/Confluence+Documentation+Home
And then apply any important updates manually. They should be very few and far between.
I've had a look at the update history in the space right now. The last update was on January 12th, by me. I fixed the video links on this page:
http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF35/Confluence+Tutorial+Videos
Prior to that, the most recent update was on 16 November 2011.
I hope this helps. :)
Cheers, Sarah

We tried something like that and gave up. We now have a simple space banner saying "these pages tell you what we do differently from the Atlassian docs at ..."
