Please STOP SHOUTING - it's hard to read and some find it rude.

What do you mean by "racial emojis"?  Do you mean things like the hand emoji which comes in several different colours?  So it can represent people who do have varying skin colours?

You'll need to talk to the unicode consortium if you want to change the way emojis work, not Atlassian.
