  1. My company needs to migrate our on Prem implementation of Confluence & Jira into our Cloud site.           
    1.  who can be our POC from Atlassian?
  2. We is using many different apps connected to our Cloud site that accounts for approximately half or more of our current billables.
    1. Is there a way we can audit these to see how, who, etc. these are being used (if at all)?
  3. We have been evaluating different tools to enhance our workflows, including AI.
    1. Is there a way we can get a pilot going for a subset of users to test Confluence Premium?

    1. Is there someone we can discuss with about the details of an enterprise plan?

<![if !supportLists]>                                                                              i.        <![endif]>Does the enterprise plan allow us to pick and choose features we need/don’t need (i.e. can we increase our amount of automated workflows from the standard plan for example without adding the AI?)

  1. Is there someone we can work with to help us optimize our Confluence use?
    1. We want to know if Confluence can achieve the various standards our organization is setting and learn how (assuming it can) to set it up to best cover our needs.

        1. Ensure Confluence is the right tool for the job
        2. Assuming it can support our needs, learn how to make it work

 

If some of these questions can be answered in writing please feel free to respond in line with the points above, I suspect however, that several of these points will require further discussion, please let us know when is a good time to go over them and we can set something up.

The best option is to contact Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

After you fill in the basic details such as your SEN (license) number etc., you should see the option to start a live chat with a real person.

At the very least, they can get you in touch with the right person or recommend a course of action.

If on-prem to Cloud migration is your primary focus, you can search for a Atlassian Solution partner. We have had very good migration experience with Unicorn Systems who are our solutions partners.
