Hi Team,
I've added a mandatory field requirement for all projects when creating a ticket, however 1 of the project does not need to use the mandatory fields when creating the tickets.
Required: "Component" mandatory fields is not required for that 1 project when creating the tickets.
Reproduction Steps;
1. Went to the Project
2. Selected settings
3. Selected Issues
4. Navigated to "'Fields' > "Field Configuration"
5. Selected Default Field Configuration
6. Navigated to the mandatory field and selected "Screens" (right hand side)
7. De-selected the project that was meant to not have the mandatory field
8. Saved
The team in the Project tried creating the ticket, and the mandatory filed is still visible and required.
Task: Could you please assist on how to remove the mandatory field requried for that 1 project and keep it mandatory for others.

You would need to create a copy the Field Configuration used for the mandatory projects.

You need to split field configuration scheme for those projects. In Scheme that Component should be required please mark this field as optional.
