I have logged on in the past, but now we have updated to Atlassian, i receive the message that i do not have access. I have raised a Jira request form but still I am not getting anywhere, Please help.

You will need to reach out to the Confluence admin or the Atlassian admin from the instance you require access to.
Here on the community we can't access instances or provide access, we are users like you, trying to help out where we can.
You could even see if IT support in the company knows who is responsible for this.
