How do i download documents as pages to view instantly instead of as files?

Id like to download documents into confluence without having them as files.

do not want to rewrite them all to be able to view them in main frame without opening downloaded documents.

How do i convert my wordfiles to text in confluence?

I cant find the import button? I only hav create from template
