How do I use the "include page" macro using pageID instead the page name ???

I cannot figure out how to use the include macro of a child page using pageID when there is no page name.  Anyone?

A page cannot exist without a name, so you don't need to use the page id.   A page always has a unique name (unique within the space it is in, not unique across the entire wiki), it's the large emboldened text at the top of the page (in edit mode, it's the name or title in a separate "field" from the content)
