How do I switch to paying by invoice rather than credit card?

Our company Confluence/Jira/BitBucket is currently set up to be paid via a credit card.  This no longer works well for us as the amount being paid out each month is close to the credit limit of that card, meaning that the card is basically unusable for anything else.  We would prefer to be able to pay by being sent an invoice and then doing a bank transfer each month, or something like that.  How can I set that up?

Best to contact Atlassian through: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

However I think paying via invoice is limited to certain customers only.

Hi Sharon,

Unfortunately, Atlassian only allows credit card payments for monthly subscriptions. One solution would be to switch to an annual subscription.

The second option would be to order your licenses through an Atlassian partner. Most of them apply the same prices as those listed by Atlassian on its website, so you need to choose the right one. 🙂

Regarding Bitbucket, partners have limited capabilities, they can only resell Premium Bitbucket licenses.

That said, we at Seibert Solutions would be happy to help you.

Regards
