How do I stop mass emails after using two-way synchronization (CalDAV) process?

After a colleague followed your "Subscribe with two-way synchronization (CalDAV)" process to sync her team calendar on Confluence here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/teamcal/subscribe-to-team-calendars-from-microsoft-outlook-251005307.html, the system then started sending mass emails to every person on the team---it is resending:

  • Every item on her Outlook back out to at least every host of the meeting
  • Each item out to all the participants
  • Deleted items

Will you please tell us how to make this mass emailing stop, and what did she do wrong to have this occur to not repeat in the future?

She thinks the team calendar tried to sync with her personal calendar instead of an empty one, and in Step 2-Confluence substep 4, it didn't allow her to choose which calendar to sync to.

If someone would please get back to us ASAP so we can fix this & stop the emails. Thank you so much!

Hi Katie---I never rec'd an answer to this, so prob best bet is to create a ticket with them.
