How do I start a new migration

I had started going through the CCMA migration steps and ran into a problem when I got to the Connect to Cloud page. I have resolved that problem and now want to Create a new migration starting from the very beginning. Every time I click Create New Migration I see the following message: 

We’ve noticed you’ve started migrating
When you return we’ll bring you to this dashboard so you stay focused. You can return to the migration homepage by selecting ‘Migration Assistant home’
How do I get rid of this message and start the migration from the beginning? The CCMA is Version 3.13.16. I have already tried clearing my web browser cache and cookies.
