How do I remove Atlassian Trello accounts when our accounts a synced with Google

With the recent migration of Trello users to Atlassian managed accounts, I have 88 Trello accounts for staff who are no longer part of the company.  Our Atlassian accounts are synced from Google.  

I cant deactivate the Atlassian account for these 88 users as it implies they need to be deactived from Google (which they were some time ago)

I cant re-activate the Google account
