How do I nest wiki markup like h3. with a change of text color?

I have tried using basic html tags but it is not working? It is just one sentence that I want larger and red for a banner

Welcome to Atlassian community.

You will have to use the hex color codes . For example

h3.{color:#00875A}fontcolor{color}

which will translate to green color for "forntcolor". Green color hex code is : #00875A
