How do I make clickable tiles without macros from the market place?

I need to create a team page and want to include clickable image tiles. How do I do that?

What do you want to happen when the image is clicked?

If you want that to cause navigation to another web page, then you can add a link to an inserted image when you edit the page. Click on the image in the editor and you should see a toolbar appear below it. Click on the Add Link option to add a link to the image.
