How do I import questions into Confluence-Questions from an external list?

How do I import questions into Confluence-Questions from an external list? 

I have a list of questions in word that we captured during a meeting? is there an easy way to create a question for each of them?

Currently that feature is not available. Our development team is working on a solution for this. I suggest reviewing this JIRA ticket and vote on it so that the feature gets more priority.
