How do I hide a page in a form (survey)?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I made a survey form on Atlassian and is having issues with hiding a page. The conditional macro fields can help guide the reviewers to go to a certain page when they respond, but it doesn't help hide the page that is redundant for their answers.
I thought of using the hide macros, but it's really confusing. Please help.
