How do I get the toolbar back when editing?

Help - I don't know what I did (I don't think I did anything) to remove the toolbar.  I've searched everyone and can't find how to get it back so I can continue editing my page.

You may have just run afoul of the new editor features that were recently released. See this article.

You now have the option to pin or unpin the editor toolbar. This allows everyone to choose their preferred look and feel, minimizing distractions or ensuring tools are readily available as needed. By default, the editor toolbar is pinned in Pages. In Live Docs, the toolbar is unpinned to support a more dynamic experience.

Welcome to the community!

Maybe it got accidently closed or published? I would just reopen it and type 'e' that should get the tool bar to show again.

I hope I did not misunderstand your question and this helps.
