How do I get my table to populate pages correctly?

As you can see from the above image, the table isn't populating all of the pages correctly. I noticed that the only way for me to get this to work properly is to duplicate a page in the red box to get it to show up in the table in the red box.

How do I get everything in the blue box to show up in the red box?

Here is some additional info:

1. Table in red has a page properties report with a label and space. The label is on all of the documents (even in blue). I've tried removing the space criteria and it doesn't work either.

Did you try to Reorder Pages  by going into the Space tools of the Space? that would organise your pages listed in blue.

Thanks for the suggestion, I hadn't tried it, but when I looked now it seems everything is correct on that page:



To clarify, I'm trying to get everything in the blue box to show up in the red box :)
