How do I get my meeting notes landing page to pull only notes that are housed under them and not all

Briana Fitzpatrick January 11, 2024

I have two meeting notes pages (differently named) and each landing page (where the incomplete task report is populated) shows all of my meeting notes in the all meeting notes section instead of just the note child pages for each. Is there a way to change this?

Hi @Briana Fitzpatrick and welcome to the community!  Depends on which macro is pulling in your meeting notes.  For instance, with the Content by Label macro, you can include only those from a specific parent page.

@Laurie Sciutti Thank you! Where can I find this view because I think this is the solution I need. This is what I see when I click on edit of the page and the section.Screenshot 2024-01-11 at 2.13.32 PM.png

@Briana Fitzpatrick ~ it's not possible using the Content Report Table macro.  You would need to use the ‘List by label (Content by label)’ Macro.  That macro, though will not show table format with Creator and Modified info unfortunately.  The alternative would be to use different labels for the different types of meetings notes and then call the label you want to show in your Content Report Table macro.
