A knowledge base was set up by a space admin and I'm trying to populate it. When I'm creating the pages, I can see the comment box at the bottom of the page but as soon as I publish the page the comment box disappears. How do I allow readers of the entries to comment? I've tried researching this but am only finding info on how to allow reviewers or team editors comment - inline or at the bottom of the entry. Thanks for any suggestions/help.

When you say published you mean visible in the service desk knowledge base or do you mean in confluence?
@Brant Schroeder Sorry for the confusion. Yes, I want these entries to be visible as possible answers when a service desk question is being entered.

There is no option to make this change so comments show in the Jira Service Desk. You can submit a feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
