How do I get 1:1 Support?

I'm having trouble transferring pages from an old Confluence site and I've encountered the following:

1. Adding, changing or removing drop downs from the banner

2. Changing the order of the menu selection

3. Overall site management questions

To get into a conversation with Atlassian support on a human level, you are going to need to raise support requests.

It might be easier to ask the Community here though (I'm told there's 3 million of us, vs a few thousand Atlassians, most of whom do not do support!)

However, I am sorry, but none of your questions give us any detail to work with. Could you explain more of the questions?
