How do I create a page where space viewers can fill a form to submit questions to space admim?

This page require a form with required fileds

The question is forward to space admin by email

The sender receives an confirmation of his question submission

you will need a 3rd Party App for that. Depending on the Hosting Type there are several Options: Confluence apps | Atlassian Marketplace

If you are using the Cloud version, you could integrate Web Forms (Any web app like MS Forms and such) through a simple Link and set the Macro to "embed". Then you will see the Web Form within the Confluence Page. Any Workflow functionality needs to be added manually and depending on the tool you use for the form.
