How do I create a link to a table?

I created a table in an expand in a page

I would like to link the same table to a word in a paragraph down the same page.

How can I refer to that table, I was under the impression that links is the easiest way?

Looks like adding an anchor is the easiest way indeed. Please check out this instructions how to use anchors on Confluence pages: Insert links and Insert the anchor macro.
