One field that repeats is our "locations" ,team "roles" and "titles". It would make sense to have a drop down for each one, that the person filling out the Project Page can just pick from. However, all I see is add in options and creating Templates (which I can't do due to corp,. policy.
Without an app your only option would be to create a template with variables for each dropdown you need. Something like this:
