I am trying to recreate a word document template that we use for content in Confluence. How do I create a template that can be reused by our team?

However, I am not sure how complicated your word document template is and it might not be able to create 100% like your word document.
Thanks for your response. I am trying to create reusable components (tables) for organizing our content. Currently we use basic word tables. I would like to create something similar in Confluence. Is there a way to insert new empty tables in the document instead of copying and pasting existing ones?
