How do I create Confluence admins in Gsuite?

I am a super admin in Gsuite, but once we enabled the Confluence GSuite Integration, I do not have User Management as an option in Confluence.

What do we need to do to make sure Gsuite admins have full user management priveleges in Atlassian Cloud applications?

With group-based syncing, you can use groups in G Suite to manage user access to Atlassian Cloud. This means you'll have control over who can and cannot access your Atlassian Cloud site.
