Hi @Giuliana_Varela

Are you looking to delete your instance of Jira / Confluence? Or just remove one user's access?

If removing one user:

1. Go to Settings (cog icon on the left-hand navigation bar on Jira, or just press Settings on the left-hand menu in Confluence)
2. Select User Management
3. Select a user
4. Manage their access - toggle whether the user has access to the site and if they do, which products they can access!

If you want to remove your instance, it'd be sad to see you go! Is there anything we could help you with in regards to the products?

But to do this on the Free tier you'll need to be the Org Admin / Site Admin:

1. Go to Settings (cog icon on the left-hand navigation bar on Jira, or just press Settings on the left-hand menu in Confluence)
2. Select Billing, which will take you to the Admin Console
3. On the left-hand menu, select "Manage Subscriptions"
4. To remove one active subscription, select the 3-dots icon on any product and select "Delete" - it'll ask you to confirm the action and delete your data immediately
5. Or to remove your subscription entirely, scroll to the bottom and choose "Cancel Subscription" - this will remove all the products at the end of this billing cycle
