How do I change text color for a header of table by FORMATWIKI?

Please follow this example from our documentation (navigate to the section "Formatting a header of Jira Issue" in case the anchor of the link is broken, it happens sometimes here) – it seems to be exactly your case. Our example was taken for the Jira Issues table, but the same concept works for any other Confluence tables as well.
