How do I auto create specific column DropDowns each time I create a new table row?

Just wondering if there is an option to auto create the DropDown SELECTS each time I create a new row?

Or do the DropDowns have to be added manually for each row?

We need some more context for this.  The screenshot doesn't appear to be of an Atlassian product.  What is a "dropdown" in Confluence (it's a wiki, it deals with text)?  Could you explain what you have done and where you are stuck a bit more?

It's a screenshot of a Table on a Confluence page and the DropDowns are Handy Status macros..

Each time I create a new row, the Handy Status are not replicated in the columns on the new row - is this behaviour by default?
