How do I add a new attachment to a page in Cloud Editor?

I no longer have the attachment manager, so I can add a new attachment or update an existing attachment on a page

Do you not see the Attachments option when clicking the ... (Actions) button on a page?

If you are editing the page you can use the toolbar button to insert a new attachment.

No, I don't see the Attachments selection.

I looked in another Confluence site and found there that my options are the same as what you see.

I found a floating toolbar in the lower right corner with an "i" button on it.

When I clicked that button it opened a panel that had an option to go to the Attachments page at the bottom under "Connections"
