How do I add a link under a title

I was wondering if anyone knows how I can add a link underneath a title on my left side panel in confluence.

Hi @priya jassal ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

On the left panel, you have different sections. If you are talking about page tree, in that panel, you can't add a link. Each title has an internal link to the page itself.
