Hi everyone,
My team and I are trying to access our Confluence space, but we’re being prompted to contact an admin to proceed with payment or access settings. Unfortunately, our previous admin is no longer part of the team, and we're completely locked out.
We tried logging in using the account we thought was the admin, but it didn’t work—either we no longer have access to the actual admin account, or something isn’t working correctly on Confluence’s side.
We’re ready and willing to pay for the plan and continue our work, but we can’t move forward without an active admin. Is there a way to:
Assign admin rights to me or another team member?
Or at least identify which email is currently listed as the admin?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you have no admins you may not be able to raise a ticket directly through https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, but if you select the Billing, payments, and pricing option that should give you a button that will get you to the Billing Support page where you can submit a request specifically about billing. They should be able to help you both with Billing and finding information about or getting new admins access for your organization/subscriptions:

Hi @sarah mansor , please raise a support ticket with Atlassian by navigating to support.atlassian.com, they are best suited to let you know who is correct admin and who should be contacted.
