How can we use same Field name in ConfiForms Form Definition
Because using same confluence page i need to get values as a read only and pass values in same page with same field name.
I am able to get values using field type called Text i am able to fetch the values form jira to confluence but when i want to modify the values to pass into jira i need to change the field type as a multiple-select. But when i change that field type i am unable to fetch existing values in jira. Only if i put Text as a field type i am able to fetch the information from Jira.
What is the work around on above issue.
If i use same field names one is for text to get values and another is for Multi-select to pass values when i save it was throwing error has duplicate field names.
Can you please help on this issue.
Hi
ConfiForms field names have to be unique within the form.
You cannot have a field with the same name in the same form. That is logical - as you define the type of field and it's properties and you cannot have a field with same same name defined multiple times
Sorry, I dont understand the part about Jira at all.

I got your point but my requirement is using one confluence page i need to fetch information. like below. Using Field types has Text
So if i need to modify some fields like example components or priority it was not editable so for that we need to change the field types as a Multi-select if i change that field type i am unable to display the information like above.
So my requirement is using same page i need to display the values and i need to edit the values.
I am able to edit the Text field type of values but unable to edit Multi-selected drop downs
kindly waiting for your help

I think the field type needs to be the same or similar as you have in Jira - having it as a text makes no sense to me if you want to make it editable and then sent to Jira again
