We love the AI feature - but in its current form it is severely limited. We need a way to help train it - that is give the AI feature a set of rules specific to our community. For example, if there are conflicting answers to a given question, which answer wins? As site moderators we know the answer has to be. A simple example: the company handbook says everyone gets 10 days vacation a year. Separately someone publishes something that says most people really actually take 20. The AI needs to be trained to respond with what the rule is and then mix in any related interpretations. So... "Company's handbook states that employee policy = 10 days. There is discussion however regarding whether some actually take 20"

At this time, there's no way to train the AI within your Confluence instance aside from ensuring you're feeding it the most up-to-date/accurate information.
What kind of questions can Atlassian Intelligence answer?
Atlassian Intelligence generates answers solely based on what’s in your Confluence (and what you, specifically, have access to). This feature does not generate new content, but searches Confluence pages and blogs (while respecting restrictions) to find an answer to your question. Because of this, you will have the best results when your Confluence site is full of detailed, up-to-date content.
