How can we see our feedback items that we send from Confluence Cloud?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

In Confluence CLoud, there are places to send feedback. Lower left in the side menu bar, From the help dropdown.

We send feedback, and get an acknowledgement via email.

But there is no link to the actual feedback in your system.

At the bottom of the email is a "turn off requests notifications" that has a URL.

If I use an early part of that URL, it takes me to a page that askes me to log in (again).

It doesn't accept my password, but I could reset it.

Then I can see the list of items that I have submitted.

1: Please just give us a link to the feedback we have submitted. Why hide it away, making it hard to get to.

2: Please give us a centralized help center where we can see all our tickets that we have submitted to Atlassian. At present they are split over 4 or 5 separate ticketing areas / systems. 

3: Actually provide a single sign on across your support products. At it is, I have had to log into about 6 different Atlassian sites. With the same user ID and password, granted. But why do I even have to log in once I've authenticated.

Its almost DESIGNED to be confusing hard to keep track of what we are contacting Atlassian about.

This company is built on the idea of helping provide cohesive support and documentation for customers.

However, Atlassian is not demonstrating this at all in our interactions with it. If Atlassian as a company can't provide a smooth, integrated with one log in interface for their own customers, then how are they going to provide tools for their customers to be able to do it.

@Norman Cates I agree that in-product feedback could probably be improved. I usually contact Atlassian directly via their Support Desk or keep track of open items in JAC. 🤔

Talking about JAC, there may be some items already created on the relevant topic about feedback forms 👀
