How can we remove a deactivated users icon from confluence pages

We have a deactivated user thats still appearing as a photo icon on all confluence pages even though is he not the owner. How can we remove his photo icon?

It depends. Can you give us an example of where the icon is showing up?

If it's in the history, there isn't really a way to.  Other places they may be workarounds.  Have you removed this user from the space?  Removed them from any groups and roles?
