How can we copy a page (including child pages) from one space to another without editing the name?

I have more than 1 space in my confluence and I want a common page in all these spaces. When i am trying to copy one page (including child pages) from one to another space, confluence is asking me to change the title of these pages. I want one common page to be displayed in multiple spaces without changing anything in the page. Otherwise I would have to manually remove "Copy of" from the title when I am creating a copy.

Hi @Shubham Jain ,

Welcome to the community !!

While copying the page, you can remove "Copy of" text from name and keep only the required name as same as source page. Confluence will not allow to save pages only for same page names in same space.

Also if you want same content to be shown in different spaces, you can make use of Include Page macro in the destination page. It will always display the updated contents from source to destination.

If you want to show only a part of page in other pages, then make use of excerpt include macro
