How can void the redirect

Hello!

In Confluence, I created a Kwownled base and granted all Jira users access to the page articles.

My only complaint is that when someone opens a related article, they are redirected to the conflence workspace rather than staying in jira.

What can I do to avoid this?

welcome to the Atlassian community!

Knowledge base is managed on Confluence side and it is put in place through JIRA-Confluence integration. As a user, at JIRA portal side, if you click on an article suggestion a popup with a preview should appear (on a server/dc instance) or a page within portal should appear (cloud instance).

Please could you specify what is happening on your side?

Btw, an article is a confluence item and not a JIRA one.
