How can i solve this problem that i faced during the installation og confluence 7.7

I bought the license from a sit (ratosan.com) cause in Iran is impossible to buy directly.
i installed the confluence on server in  the step for defining the users i stop for some minutes in order to select jira for the confluence user
after that suddenly this errors pops up.
by checking with the company which i buy, the do not give any support and i they say is "you should pay again"
can you help me to solve it?

This error is not usually a licence error, it's often your system trying to use an incompatible version of Java.  Sometimes it's down to ownership of the files on the server, and it can be other installation problems.

I would want to find it in the logs and then read the other errors either side of it for a better lead on what it might be,.
