How can i restore a backup via the confluence admin site?

Hi,

I just accidently deleted a space with all pages attached. Now i want to restore it and I even got a backup from yesterday via the backup manager and even now as a zip on my pc.

But I have no idea how i can use it to restore the space i just deleted? Everything i found told me something about an "Backup and Restore" button i can't find.

Also, you need to be a member of Confluence System Administrators group. Being a Confluence Administrator (which is a different permission) is not enough.
