How can i configure anonymous users to like content?

Is it possible to like content as anonymous user? 
How I configure this for the like plugin?

It is not possible to give likes as an anonymous user. 

I also didn't know any plugin, which will give you these possibility.

Hello @Dominic Lagger ,

today we release a new version of our Content Rating for Confluence addon with this feature.

Until now you can select an custom criterion which represents like button. Now it's possible to configure rating of this criterion for anonymous user.
