How can I test the import of a space in confluence cloud without causing any problems?

Hi!

For compliance reasons we need to be able to show that we can restore a backup of a space in confluence cloud. We create manual backups every month of all spaces we have in our site. We use the export space functionality en store a csv and a html file. To show that we can restore this export, we want to perform an import but of course we don't want to disturb the spaces that are already there (one of them will be the same as the one we are going to restore). What's the best way to do this? Does Atlassian have some sandbox site where we can try this?

Hello,

Two options:

1. Create a test instance, import the space and check the results

2. Edit the backup file and change the space key. I do it with XML exports, not sure how it works with CSVs. Then you can re-import it into the same instance.
