Is there a way to display a summary of open tickets (status, date, ticket number, etc.) on a Confluence page so the customer can view the status of their requests. Even the customer don't have access in jira but got access in confluence page.
Hello @Jonathan Centeno
You can use Jira work items macro in Confluence. Click on + icon and search for Jira work items macro. You will get the the options to filter out projects, statuses and more.
I already used the jira macro but it seems is not working on the customer side (due to user access issue in jira)
